Ozark Ar. Stupid broker keep throwing money on a load that I didn’t want until I couldn’t say no anymore. So I’ll be going back home the long way.
Rocks Thanks this. -
Drove all over town today (in my car) and back to my home hotel.... Got rid of a box of Brazilian music CDs and made almost 9 bucks with that, found out my two power inverters are no good, and my APC battery is still useful.... blah, blah, blah...

I almost "envy" you.... when I read your daily comments... I would say you are a successful man... because you achieved a position in life that gives you what you want and satisfies you... what is better than that? God bless you!
062 and chopper103in Thank this. -

Really what is your bottom IN USD?Rocks Thanks this.
-
I don't have a bottom right now... will sell for the best offer...
The buyer said will pay R$175.000,00 (Reais) minus 6% to the realtor = R$164.500 (Reais)
Dolar today was about R$5,35 (Reais) more or less...
So.. if I were getting that money TODAY, it would be about U$30,750.00 (dolars)
But the dolar price changes constantly...dwells40 and Wasted Thyme Thank this. -
Well if nothing happens keep me in mind. I won't screw you. But will pay only what makes you whole.
Rocks Thanks this. -
You know... in order to buy real estate in Brasil, one has to first obtain a CPF (that is the Brazilian individual taxpayer registry identification, a number attributed by the Brazilian Federal Revenue to both Brazilians and resident aliens who pay taxes or take part, directly or indirectly, in activities that provide revenue for any of the dozens of different types of taxes existing in Brazil.) Copied from Wikipedia.
I don't advise anybody to buy property in Brasil unless they know the country well, they are familiar with their bureaucracy, taxes and have a good plan.Last edited by a moderator: Aug 14, 2020
