If you look at Dancer Logistics website, You can see that they really don't provide any compensation wording. That should be a huge red flag in and of itself.
Why would anyone sign up for a company when they don't know what the compensation is?

I’ve worked for dancer for 5 months.they do a lot of west coast but do have regional.the pay is .50 a mile but they are a small company and everyone knows you.as for the owner,he offered to have his tire guy put tires on my pickup and take deductions out of my check when I first started there.they do not hold your hand.as a experienced driver you should know how to do your job
Anonymousproxy and bigguns Thank this. -
Have you ever had a conversation with someone and said to them " call me back later" and they don't talk to you for like six years? This feels like that.
Anonymousproxy, Lonesome, mjd4277 and 2 others Thank this. -
I thought for sure this was about my business. Whew, what a relief.

It is no longer 1 and done. It will be 2 and done. I reckon the op is outta here.

Sounds like the op must discovered they wouldn’t be getting a night in a five star hotel with a free filet minon dinner every nite, along with a stretched out super sleeper company limo lol.
bigguns, truckguy391 and TB John Thank this.
