I told the realtor, the buyer will pay for all the documents and certificates that I was supposed to pay for myself... This time I will not pay for any of that... And they are supposed to pay for the ITBI which is a state tax based upon the value the state gives to the property... So.. the buyer may spend about R$10.000,00 only with paperwork and taxes.

Nothing special this weekend.... re-organizing my storage, exercising, walking in the sun to get some vitamin D, organizing my files in the computer, blah, blah, blah... here in my home/ hotel...
