What is the latest, greatest Michelin steer tread everyone is running now? I'm tired of steers that aren't round and don't last. What have any of you paid recently for a pair?

    Mattflat362 and truckdriver31 Thank this.

    BF Goodrich Highway control s

I have to check for what the actual amount was but I think with the ooida discount it was $420 a tire.

Rolls down the highway Nice & Smooth I have no problem with them so far. The truck handles nicely with them.

I'm very happy with that purchase.

That’s what I run - they replaced the XZA3+ designation. Same tires I was told.

I see more and more people running those and swear by them. No personal experience.

No more BF Goodrich because that's what's on the truck now. I wish I knew how to post the videos. The left front is out of round and the sidewall on the right front is wobbly because its all outta whack. I've tried those now and before that had Goodyears, Bridgestones and Yokohamas over the years. As far as I can see they're all junk and none of them can make round tires. Michelin is the only tire that I hear of that they consistently manufacture good tires. Hopefully they don't let me down

I like the Michelin 16ply steers. I have Goodrich on now and they always look flat. At 110psi they look like they're 20psi low and I hate that.

If I ran the road I’d try them for sure. But my tire dealer of choice at home is Goodyear and Bridgestone . Doesn’t handle Michelin.

And doing short haul I just do Goodyear’s and move the fronts back when they start to f up. So I always have new fronts on......

In fairness my Bridgestone Ecopias on the old truck did a good job but then I started seeing all the stories about people everywhere having big chunks of the tread coming off of then. Mine never did that but it turned me against them.
