Yeah, you cant fight a warning... And the DATAQ system is a joke... Most of the time the DATAQ Appeal goes right back to the officer who gave the warning or his direct supervisor... Do you really think he is going to over turn his own or his subordinates warning???
Give me a ticket that I can fight in court.
Got a warning in Indiana.

Just to be clear about something, getting a citation or warning with an inspection, doesn’t change the inspection. You can get a citation with the inspection go to court and win and the inspection is still going to go to the Feds. The two things are different. And I agree DATAQ is a joke.

Besides 70’s “construction zone” the truck speed in IN is 65 (60 in cities and congested areas). Depending on where you were at on 64 the mph is generally 65 there. Were you going 76 to 79 downhill?
I don’t know about your truck, but mine has an engine brake and a brake pedal.xsetra Thanks this. -
I can see 10+ over, but 37 in a 35 could be something as stupid as new vs old tires on the speedo causing the difference.....Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -

How about a warning for „no thru trucks” violation from NC? How many points is that going to cost me?
