Can I borrow your shower power or pay you?

You remember when fuel was like 60 cents a gallon too?

 

No - not really. But if you recall, Flying J got in a lot of hot water regarding fuel and accounting - fraud I think they call it.

Wait - did they raise their employees wages and salaries? Would that explain it?

 

I got chewed out by our boss because we paid 30 cents a gallon when we should have only paid 27. That was in 1964 at the Mass 10 Truck Stop in Auburn Massachusetts

Why do u want to continually use somebodies pilot card. Even if u dont have shower credits , u can use your points.

 

Ain't no need....I've got shower power....we only fuel at pilot....its not so bad this month...they were giving away up to 5 points a gallon for October if completed all the fill ups

 

Hell I use the points to buy a parking spot when necessary

 

Ok OP, if you can't get a shower, keep towels, soap, water, and a bucket in your truck. A hard hat will work too...
