ESTES Express (5 Year Review)

Any drivers in here out of any terminals in MI? I live in Grand Rapids, MI and I'm thinking about coming on to Estes

 

Estes has a yard in Grand Rapids, MI. I see it every time I get on 131-South. But I do have family that stays in Detroit, so moving there wouldn't be an issue. I'm still at the beginning stages of getting my Hazmat and Doubles endorsement. I've held my CDL since 2018. I didn't bother getting those endorsements because I didn't need them. But I'm at a place where I want to make some more money. I'm only averaging about $800-$1,100/wk.

 

Lucky you. I used to go there all the time!

Used to get stuck in MI and hit every single terminal in one day.

 

WAS. Yesterday was my last day! NO more west coast east coast or LTL at all for that matter!!

 

R+L wouldn't let you get no time off. They get mad when you asked off few hours early. She graduates 1st week of December.

My old boss had a spot and was looking so I'm going back to a contractor I used to drive for @ fedex ground. I'm going run a few short p&d drop hook and then a Nashville linehaul untill she graduates. 1st of year I'm going to cut my hours back and chill.

My brother been there 3 years he does low 80s. I figure starting next year I will work kao hours and do 60s relaxing!
