Are you sure because I personally would chain those first two down as well even though I read somewhere you can use straps for small ones like that and idk I think he should’ve put a strap across the bucket some kind of way on the far right one lol just my novice two cents; first thing that comes to mind when hauling any kind of metal is chains, not straps, unless you can’t use chains
