Don’t think you’re the only one.
misterG, road_runner and mpow66m Thank this. -
I don't think you qualify as an experienced driver until you take a line down. It's not our fault they hang them so low. If the utility companies would hang them up to code, we wouldn't be on here having this discussion.
misterG, McUzi, Gearjammin' Penguin and 4 others Thank this. -
ping ping ping those small lines dont' have a chance. it's just when you look back in your mirror and see the big line pulling away from the house with siding connected.lol( a friend once told me)cough cough.misterG, Tb0n3, MACK E-6 and 1 other person Thank this.

Does it count if I’ve almost done it by coming under it at an angle and picking it up with my trailer? I’ve managed to do that twice.
-
No. It has to land on the ground to be official.
misterG Thanks this. -
i've been here, almost. my equipment snagged it, but i stopped. had my helper on the roof of the support truck with a broomstick pushing the lines up so i could back out. good times in the small town midwest.jmz Thanks this.

Your not really a driver until you knock a pile of snow off the top of your trailer.... With a low bridge and hope to heck you didn’t damage the trailer (fortunately I didn’t damage it) lol.
Went to this place today. It’s Carlson/Carfair in Winnipeg, MB. I have to do a double drop in there. Overhead view and what I encountered today. 53’ van and a T-680 condo. It’s fun in there.Attached Files:
