As noted above, check out S & S. Good company too. Ask if they run by the girlfriend's place. Might as well kill two birds with one stone.

 

I have reached out to them as well. Currently reaching out to Magnum, Halvor, Britton, and S&S. Was going to reach out to TMC but found some threads they don’t allow long hair? It’s her favorite thing haha. Don’t see why it’d possibly be an issue as long as isn’t a rats nest, I have no issue having to put it up (I did at previous job) and being in the cold tying it up and putting it under a beanie is zero issue. Thread was kind of older however. Might also reach out to EW Wylie if they’re willing to budge on 6 months experience. Down the road I’d like to do flatbed over dry van/reefer anyway.

Unfortunately more and more refineries are requiring clean shaven drivers to come on the property. Also not allowing pets even if they stay in the truck, something to consider you are interested in open deck.
