If I read your posts as you intended, you do have a valid complaint. However that valid complaint is undermined by your actions.

You decided to leave out without pre-tripping you truck. That is 100% on you. How do you know the shop didn't screw up? Had you done what you were supposed to do, you would have discovered the "brake issue" before you left the yard and could have had a face to face discussion with the mechanics and or the safety critters. You didn't, that's on you. Also, the engine WILL overpower the parking brakes. We had a "driver" who never drained his air tanks, then didn't drag his brakes after driving thru freezing rain before parking for the weekend. This "driver" drove around the lot with his front axle locked up, hooked to a trailer, then drove 1.5 miles before I caught up to him. In that time he took his drives from 12/32nds to 2/32nds. If you pull hard enough, any truck will out pull it's parking brakes.

You were sent to the wrong place, then got routed to the 'correct' place. You discussed with your DM about where to check in, then headed the DM's advice. Up to this point you are mostly blameless.

Once arriving at the 'correct' place, the driveway looked very narrow, yet you took it. You had misgivings when you looked at the satelite picture, and more once on site, yet you decided to turn in. Me, I would have parked 0n the street and taken a walk. I've done it plenty of times, including last Thursday. I was at a customer about 2 hours after the snow started falling. I took one look at their yard and decided to walk it first. After walking it, I said "yeaaaaah, NOPE" and called OPs. While discussing things with OPs, the plow company showed up. Even after they plowed out the dock area, I need my diff locked, the atc off, and I power slid into the dock. I looked like a boss to my trainee, but it was high pucker factor all the way. I would not have attempted it with the wet heavy snow. I would have gotten stuck (best case) or lost control and jackknifed (likely case).

You made the decision to drive up the serpentine drive, then you needed to back out. It was challenging to drive in, backing out is going to be harder, but possible. YOU put your drives into the mud. Even if the drives didn't get stuck, the steers would have to go through the recently chewed up mud, and they would have gotten stuck. The time to ask for help is before you start tearing things up.

Almost anytime a driver needs a tow truck, a responsible company is going to have a conversation about why it was needed and how to avoid it in the future. Coupled with the other issues you had, spending some time with a safety critter would be well worth your time. At the very least you could learn better ways to tell your DM to get bent.

From your post, you started on one load, then quit. I'm assuming a good portion of the $580 dollars was training pay. Training pay sucks, but you're getting paid without creating any revenue. Even assuming you burned thru your entire 70 to make that $580, that works out to $8.25 an hour, or $1 and hour more than minimum wage. From what you've posted, you put in a minimum wage effort so you got more than you put in.

Also, Vanna White doesn't charge for punctuation, so try using some next time.

Sounds like the op basically is deflecting responsibility For his own actions...like roger said.. if you’re not Sure about a driveway into a customer you get out and walk up the driveway to survey the area he chose not to and then he blames his DBL for his own mistakes...Frankly from what I can see it doesn’t really matter where he goes it seems like his attitude is blame everybody else for his own miss deeds...

It seems like the OP’s grammar skills correlates with his social skills. In reality, we all get treated as well as we present ourselves.
