    Ok, I got my truck from the volvo dealer long time ago and is all paid for, also same story with my trailer, I was happy with that company for some time, then I just wanted to go with a different company for more of a local job, me and my wife have a baby on the way !!! I found a better deal, that is all. After I quit from there, they started to behave like a cave man and just wanted to find a reason to not give me my money back. The escrow/deposit was only $1000 when i first started working with them, just beffore I left, the depost when up by another $1500 + $150 for the ELD, and I did return them that ELD the day I left. After I asked the owner of the company why the deposit when up, he says, one driver made a big acciden and the deposit was less then the insurance deductible ! So I had 0 accidents and 0 claims, truck is mine and trailer is mine...the company is just twisting my hands to sign document that will make me pay them money if I want to drive for different company, in so many words, this company, matrix logistics is just BAD COMPANY ! At this point I have no way to get my $2650 back.

    Me and my wife have a baby on the way and I want to be more local. :) I jist found a better deal on a local job.

    Yes, and then they send me email that says, till I sign a "non compede clouse" agreement, no money back. That is extortion in my book !
