    Got unloaded in Denver this am, dead headed 250~ miles up to McCook NE for an irrigation system preloaded on a trailer for Monday morning in Unadilla GA.

    Last week I paid off my truck, tomorrow I will swing through Fremont and sign the bill of sale and the title. I just sent off my oil sample, it’s results will determine what I do with this truck. My 1box was replaced about two years ago under warranty, the mechanic at the Freightliner dealer commented the other day that this was one one of the cleanest engines he’s ever worked on, if the oil analyst comes back clean I will try and squeeze another 75 to 100K out of the truck. She currently has 767355 on the clock.

    I will then head up to Sioux City and grab a load going out to Anaheim, California for a Monday delivery, definitely taking the southern route going out.

    Good for you Sir! You very seldom hear of a LP being successful and the fact that you stuck with it means something. Question: Did you actually make enough extra money for it to be worth the headache of it versus just being a company driver? I’ve never had any desire to do that but I’ve often wondered that.
