I used to. And I always told them the truth: "My pickup is a 1998 model and has over 200k miles on it. Sign me up, and get ready to start writing checks!"

And I wonder how pushing 3 gets them to a company unless that company is also in on the deal. Me thinks this is a deep coverup with name brand companies who can't call, letting a 2nd party to the robocalls.

So, Facebook v. Duguid, did the Supreme Court actually rule that the equipment has to use the ROSNG or just have the capacity as the TCPA states? Do violators get a pass by claiming they use a "predictive dialer" or by using a "list" to make the calls?
