And shut down the naysayers , lord all mighty how bad could it be , reminds me of how drivers used to talk about Speedway Livestock haulers.

 

Otterinthewater was complaining cause Landstar doesn't pay $25 when you have to go take a random like WE does. So there are perks.

 

That actually would apply to the trailers-especially the raggedy ##* SMX trailers they still hold on to.

 

Some of us “naysayers” worked there,so we’re pretty familiar with the skullduggery there.
If a TORNADO of all things couldn’t take the place out,that should tell you how bad it is!!

They used to have a driver from Kentucky. They USED to.

 

I used to work for Western Express they were the first company i worked for. Their equipment broke down an average of 3 to 4 times per week. They would give you the money code to write a check for a lumper fee then take the money out of your pay check and refuse to reimburse you. They always left an average of 2 to 3 loads off of every check literally every check. I fell and was injured getting out of my truck at their yard in Bethlehem Pa. and was out of work for over 2 weeks still have not seen a single dime of my workers comp pay.

 

They need to change their name to Western Depressed

 

Before they moved to Bethlehem the original yard when I worked there used to be 10 minutes further east in Nazareth,which was actually shared with Venezia-the place looked like a junkyard!

 

Yeah the place is a junk yard they should be embarrassed cuz how it looks

 

Its pretty bad when i was there they stuck me in a crappy ### international that had no storage compartments in the sleeper just the bottom bunk the top bunk was completely destroyed and ripped apart trying to sleep i had to sleep in the passenger seat cuz the lower bunk was also busted and both ends were sagging down into the dog boxes on both sides of the truck told them the day i got the truck that all that stuff needed fixed they said they wont fix anything on a truck as long as the engine and brakes were good
