    Overweights do not get recorded into the CSA, however log violations do. It would fall under the Hours of Service Basic. Muy malo.

    Yard move isn't limited to a speed. If yours is, it's company policy, not anything in the regs.

    Ok, what was your mistake? And why the log variance? Was your ELD not updating/communicating properly, or was there something else going on? MY ELD occasionally loses connectivity, sometimes 3 minutes, sometimes 3 hours, once I catch it, it's a simple restart and "claim" the missing time once hte device gives me the warning.

    I've never seen that one but it's possible that's a feature the company has to enable, like Personal Conveyance. (We all know that one gets taken advantage of too)
