We keep forgetting this name. It’s actually loves. Loves account works with them.
I blew out a trailer tire. Near I80 truck stop. It’s TA. They had 15 trucks waiting. Owner of my company didn’t want me to drive the 8 miles to loves with it. Thought we were stuck waiting at TA. Then my mechanic called me. Said he forgot that speedco is right across. It’s next to the blue beacon. I looked over and saw the speedco sign. Came over. They took me right in. These guys said they’re never real busy.
I just wanted to post. Perhaps help others to remember this name. This sure saved us. Rather than having to wait till tomorrow.
hope this isn’t considered spam.

If you use the love's app. It will show you both locations. Speedco and Love's.

I'll take a Speedco over TA any day of the week. Every visit to a TA for my truck or trailer has ended up costing me more with their stupid mistakes in the long run. A couple months ago I got a PM at Speedco then drove a couple hours for the night. Several hours later I tried to start my truck and it just wouldn't start. Turns out the O-ring around the fuel filter didn't seat correctly and air was getting in, so it wouldn't full completely. Called them up and they were there in 2 hours to fix it no charge. I consider that great customer service.
slow.rider Thanks this. -
Not so Speedy company used to be a good company, it’s been bought several times, Loves bought it a couple years ago, it was either Nov. or Dec.
West Memphis location couldn’t accept money, due to the new system not implemented.
So we had to wait on all 3 bays to finish, give us a ride to the store, then pay, the give us a ride back to the shop and our trucks.
I am thinking it was owned by Goodyear, before Loves. -
Was Bridgestone Americas that owned it. And Shell had it at one time.slow.rider, Dave_in_AZ and Judge Thank this.

Yep used them plenty.
Usually did a pretty good job and were pretty quick about it. Though about stealing me a lube man so I'd have one with me on standby.

Speedco in joplin did the same thing and ended up getting towed to shop..when i presented them the repair invoice, they immediately cut me a check and mailed it to me..i did recieve it...customer service..they didn’t even question anything once they seen the invoice and such.slow.rider and SteveScott Thank this.

Bridgestone sold them off..i was told that when bridgestone bought speedco years ago that speedco also owned bandag and bridgestone basically wanted the bandag brand ms that’s why they eventually sold off speedco.slow.rider Thanks this.
