    Look into entering the tanker world. We work 4.5 to 5 days a week. Stay out longer if you want. Customers are happy to see you and backhauls are rare, I’ve never backhauled in 8 years. Van and reefer freight with the associated garbage and trash customers are just not conducive to a fulfilling career.

    Teams yes. They have some sleepers but all the regional guys sleep in hotels even if they have a sleeper.
