I've applied at a few companies recently. They've all offered me a job, and I've turned them all down. Good jobs, I just can't find one that I want to commit to. Question: can potential employers going through Driver Pulse see the quantity of other apps? If so, do you figure it impacts their hiring decision?

    Rocks and bentstrider83 Thank this.

You would have to ask Tenstreet about that. Or get a fleet account with them and see what information they do share....

I suspect you are correct. I'm thinking they do share at minimum basic stats like how many apps in a given period, etc.

I myself have NEVER gotten a job by filling out an application. Ive either been recommended by someone and the company contacted me, I knew someone there, or I walked in and asked for an interview and tour of the facilities. Some places have had me fill out an application AFTER hiring me, for thier records I suppose. If I MUST fill out an application to get an interview, then its not the kind of company I want to work for. Call me old school, but you can put anything on an application... In person impressions count for MUCH more than a piece of paper.

Pretty much the way I feel about it. I have seen companies that were going under because they had
no help but they still insisted on their "company policies".
