occupational necessity will change the physiology over time if you don't 1. ruthlessly maintain proper posture (like UPS nerds have to) or 2. compensate/strengthen the overworked stabilizer muscles with their own exercise before/after work. Once stabilizer muscles are ignored or allowed to atrophy past their functional window they can't hold your pieces in the right spot anymore and you start getting mechanical wear...causes pain...causes tightening of even more stabilizer muscles to restrict movement to reduce pain/damage, until those stabilizer muscles are smoked, then you're just one big stiff angry bag of friction grinding itself to bits.

he looks like he's barely old enough to shave yet.
To me OTR driving is more mentally taxing than anything. Some days are long and rough and by the end of it you've got a 1000 yard stare and can barely form a coherent sentence to address the cashier to pay for your dinner or shower. Too much action and "up-time". Ironically I think that is what attracts drivers to it in the first place is the constant action and mental stimulation.buddyd157 and shatteredsquare Thank this. -
Have you ever seen a portable (as in battery operated, like a cordless drill) electric winch?
Google Warn Pullzall 885030. I don't have one, so I cannot personally endorse it. -
Id add that most injuries arent injured muscle. It takes longer to strengthen the tendons and stuff so take it slow. Once youve been excersizing a couple weeks youll feel the urge to push yourself. Dont. Well thats mainly for all the fat ##### out there.
