I'm no longer at JCT but I made a little sheet to estimate (it was exact) my pay and another larger one to keep track of my costs. Still interested? It's from 5 years ago so current amounts need to be updated in the formulas. If you aren't sure what needs changing just let me know and I will update it. This is the small one:
