Automation...is this our future?

Yeah, wait until their computer ####s itself and they have to remember how to do it the old fashioned way. All the big ethanol and soybean plants are setup that way with RFID tags, works great until you have a dozen different ones trying to all scan in at the same place.

 

The future is trying to automate everything that can be automated, not that it will be successful at first, but give it some time.

 

I’ve done ty the computer thing at hostess for a few years off and on. You grab a transponder enter info it tells you where the loaded trailer is . You drop empty put magnetic transponder on the front go grab you’re loaded and drop transponder from that one in the box by the gate on your way out. It works pretty smoothly tbh.

 

Just wait until the power goes out,,

 

I'll bet the person in the office on the other end of that camera feed can still smell some drivers using the scanner.

Railroads been using them systems for years, good when they work, when they don’t the rail is screwed up and backed up for miles.
