Perhaps, I've had poor luck with seafood gumbo, so I tend to stick to chicken and sausage.

 

I thought we were talking about cartoons. If we're going to expand the watch list, how about Flipper?

I rarely cook with seafood. It's spendy. I know fish don't take long to cook. Chicken in stew. I can't tell if it's over cooked. Scallops in a pan, you can't cook too long. That I know.

Or just go off the rails get gator, craw fish and wild pig. No one will know how it's supposed to turn out
