Definatly my flatbed. It is hard to adjust going from tandems to spread axle , back and forth. A tandem is like driving a racecar in reverse and a spread axle is like driving that ol junker thats been sitting in a field and is missing on all 6 cylinders.

Whenever other drivers at the DC see me struggling to put one of these boxes in the hole, if I see them later in the drivers lounge I explain that I started out as a flatbedder and never learned to back. They sort of smirk at me.

The funny part is i could blindisde around a blind corner at a jobsite on uneven ground into a dark hole up a hill and hit it perfect. Paint some dang lines on the ground and tell me put it in there and i become useless

I know I'm late to the party, run probably done, but for future reference:
If I need a TS Gearjammer in crackima (pushing your time) or the new Loves in Ellensburg, after which I'm done with truck stops. I used to like Ken's in North bend but once J got involved it went down hill in my opinion.

    Rest areas I'm comfortable at:
The 1 going up South Umptanum outside Selah (toward E-burg), the look out above E-burg on Manistash, then rest area Indian John Hill west and Rye grass east of E--burg and west of Vantage.
Maybe can be of future help.

I always feel like I'm about to hit the trailer on the blindside when I'm backing in between two trailers. I think I used all the brain cells other drivers dedicated to learning proper setup for a back went into proper securement. I don't have many spare brain cells left, either.

There's a gas station off the ALT hiway to Quincy east of George that has some truck parking, north of 90 pretty easy on off.
