I think if it’s to good to be true, it probably is.

I saw something about that somewhere else, not much info though. Pretty sure they haul wind turbines, so with the over size I guess that explains higher pay. But 14k a week? Maybe one of the oversize experts can chime in and tell us how realistic that is.

This story went viral back in May, so it seems like people would have signed up and gave us the spicy inside details by now. According to what I've read, you need to have your own truck and trailer, plus have had a MC# for at least 2 years.
Kyle G. Thanks this. -
Those numbers are realistic for those qualifications, but according to this article you didn't even need your own truck.

Its already on this site & been debunked by a company representative earlier this year.
WildTiger1990 and Kyle G. Thank this. -
Old story….. the fine print is that sign you up as a lease operator not “Company” driver.
tscottme Thanks this. -
In journalism they call it "a story too good to check."Diesel Dave Thanks this.

Years ago, I got on this gig paying “$17k a week” hauling blades in the northeast. Sounds sweet, right?
Because it was a superload, they threw every dumb rule they could at us. For example, we could only move on Tuesday and Thursday, between 9-2. We had civilian escort and the HP, and the cops would show up at 9 and do a level 1 inspection to ride the clock. It took 3 weeks to deliver the load!
Company asked me if I would do another run…”Goeth intercourse thyself.”Gearjammin' Penguin, God prefers Diesels and tarmadilo Thank this. -
But you still made 14k each of the 3 weeks!
We take donations.
No tax credit, but it’ll go for a worthy cause.
