In my experience, they ARE NOT. In fact, a 2018 study showed that 58% of workplace harassment claims are unsubstantiated. They ARE:
1) Retaliation for a workplace incident where the accuser was in the wrong. Couldn't win the argument in the boardroom so they made a frivolous complaint so the winner wouldn't challenge them anymore.
2) An attempt to advance their career by sidelining the competition and stacking the deck. The next time there's a promotion available the accuser will get it because if they don't they can claim that they are being retaliated against because they made a false claim.
3) Byproducts of mental illness.
5) A money grab.Last edited: Oct 20, 2021
Gearjammin' Penguin, laaylor and Snailexpress Thank this. -
Yup and keep in mind this is not counting the ones where the guy was falsely accused and lost so got counted as a "real" case. Women know they can destory a man at a drop of a word and fake tear if they want. And many companys will knuckle down rather then risk being torn apart in the media as supporting a "rapeist" or something else stupid. And how many guys have been forced to sign these "i am guilty" blank slips because they are in a position losing their job would be a death sentance to their finances for whatever reason and they cant deal with that.
Also doesnt help that in 9 cases out of 10 the man is instantly assumed to be guilty by his male peers because mahlady is in trouble. Hell i have literally seen first hand a woman beating on a guy at a mall while he tried to leave before she grabbed a stone basin thing and smashed him in the face breaking his nose get grabbed by a half dozen white knights and BEATEN for shoveing her onto her back trying to get away and then arrested as the guilty party. Best i was able to peice together from other onlookers is she was his ex and got mad at him because he was out with his sister and she thought it was a new girl.Gearjammin' Penguin and laaylor Thank this. -
Beyond the scope that you're being worked by a crazy person.....
How does someone with that laundry list of mental health issues even remotely qualify for a CDL???Studebaker Hawk, Gearjammin' Penguin, JoeyJunk and 4 others Thank this. -
Most lunatics don't have a "look" so it's hard to identify them upon first impressions. So it's best to just keep to yourself when entering a new environment. Eventually the maniacs will identify themselves to be bat **** crazy.
spindrift, TheLoadOut, laaylor and 1 other person Thank this. -
I appreciate you posting the article. However,
on page 6 of the pdf, read the difference between unsubstantiated and false. Unsubstantiated just means that there isn't enough evidence to prove a claim.
We had a driver that would slide his tandems all the way up before pulling out of the spot. Frequently he would turn too soon and allow his overhang to sideswipe the trailer next to him. He would also frequently rub up against trailers while backing. We KNEW it was him causing the damage, but we couldn't prove it.
And lets not forget underreported of incidents. The two that I described have no "official" record.
Why do some incidents of sexual misconduct go unreported? It’s complicatedSirscrapntruckalot, MIT and laaylor Thank this. -
I wear a sweatshirt in the summer while driving because I have to keep the truck arctic cold or I sweat to death! No inbetween! LolInTooDeep, Boondock and Dave_in_AZ Thank this.

This is my general rule with ALL women drivers. They’ve been bootysniffed so much that they believe that every guy they see is wanting in their pants. She can look like Jerome Howard in drag and she will still think this way.Gearjammin' Penguin, TheLoadOut, nredfor88 and 5 others Thank this.

How do you know that he constantly went to stand next to her? I didn’t see that the OP had written that anywhere.

Maybe, just maybe if we can get male drivers to stop flirting with anything that moves this whole thing will stop being a problem.
That and it won't take 20 minutes for me to pay for a cup of coffee.Badmon, alds, TheLoadOut and 1 other person Thank this.
