If the leadership at Heniff cared about the company they would do a deep dive into the corruption within the terminals. The constant violation of the rules and the disregard that the low man on the totem pole leadership are putting their own needs before the company.

And this is why I'm out...

LF solid tanker companies need an employee that abides by the rules and regulations of the company and those set forth by the federal government to guarantee the safety of our positions. Ok, some of that is BS but I will follow the company rules and I will follow the government rules even if they are not always the best rules. Would also like the leadership to be respectful of the company. I am a firm believer in loyalty to my paycheck not loyalty to leaders who use their authority to do wtf they want just because they feel they can.
