Its already here. When people are adding 15k to the asking price of a home thats not worth the asking price then its already here.

 

i dont think its here yet, but its fast approaching and its gonna be a real rude awakening for alot of folks.

 

Used Truck prices are going to come down. No way they’ll stay this high. This is a fluke. Might be a while. They’ll be half the retail price. Less at auction. When rates drop, auctions will be full of Repo’s.
