I figured it was dense, based on those trailers' WCs. Is it viscous, as well? I'm assuming it is because of the deep drop configuration.

Not really, it flows more like water than honey. With 28 though I’ve learned you will find EVERY spot it can leak out. Water tight ain’t got crap on it. It gets around the seals on my pumps and Banjo quick connections all the timeRockinChair Thanks this.

My guess is someone plans to overload otherwise a lower capacity trailer fits his needs if loaded legal.
