This should be a test question for new drivers: If your trailer height is 13' 6", can you drive under any bridge lower than that?
WildTiger1990, austinmike, bzinger and 6 others Thank this. -
You can.. obviously
Boondock, mjd4277 and Flat Earth Trucker Thank this. -

No ability to understand HIGH Way usually affords clearance, depending upon Load Height, not driver mental clarity.
I LOVE Seeing Videos and pictures of these mental midgets not allowing Trailer SWING room.Gatordude, Boondock, Flat Earth Trucker and 1 other person Thank this. -
The best way to prevent this is to stay at least 250 miles from NYC.
JoeTruck, mitrucker, Sirscrapntruckalot and 6 others Thank this. -

Sirscrapntruckalot Thanks this. -
The problem is that just means they’ll strike a low clearance bridge/tunnel somewhere else (Upstate NY,Pennsylvania,Massachusetts,Maine,etc.). Take your pick!
