    They successfully PARKED on a Parkway.
    No ability to understand HIGH Way usually affords clearance, depending upon Load Height, not driver mental clarity.

    I LOVE Seeing Videos and pictures of these mental midgets not allowing Trailer SWING room.

    The problem is that just means they’ll strike a low clearance bridge/tunnel somewhere else (Upstate NY,Pennsylvania,Massachusetts,Maine,etc.). Take your pick!
