    I was down in Hallstead, PA just a little bit ago to see my tax man. The wind has really kicked up and it's snowing again. Both PennDot and the NYS DOT are out doing a great job.

    According to what I'm hearing on the scanner still plenty of wrecks out there.

    Agreed.

    I just drove from Woodland to Milesburg on 80... very inconsistent road conditions.

    A mile or 3 of almost dry and clear, then patches of blowing snow with ice pack, and cowboys running it at 75 or 80.

    Quite a few rigs in the ditches, too.
