    That’s how it was when I ran nights, and why I always pitched a fit when they wanted me to go back out and sort and segregate somewhere for 3 hours after my run. That was absolutely killing me.

    Ya, there would have been no way I could have done anything else after I got back this morning, lol. I was a walking ded man. The hardest part of the job? Operating a forklift. Absolutely intimidating.

    Love night line haul, wouldn't do anything else. Otr for over 15 years, the last 8 plus years have been the best.

    Night shift isn't for everyone but man is it nice running through major cities when no one else is out. I can be through Pittsburgh in 10 mins, Philly in 15, even NYC in 15-20. Once you get used to running at night you'll never want to drive during the day again

    XPO freight linehaul hub (freight assembly center) in the minneapolis/st.paul area. i didn't have the pleasure of running there when i worked for con-way, but i think almost all of the FAC's kinda sucked. Everybody else hated the one I liked... the good ol' gary/hammond indiana terminal. It was a dump, but I liked the people and the operation there
