Getting past New York City to Hartford CT with Hazmat

Hazmat load headed to Hartford, CT from Allentown, PA (I-78). Best to head straight over to NJ Turnpike and across GW Bridge up to I-91, or take the long way around by heading up 287 from 78 to NYS Thruway, across the Tappan Zee to 287 to 95 to 91?

Not concerned about tolls. Priority is hazmat and time.

 

I believe hazmat is OK. If not, I have no choice but to criss over to 95 and over the GWB.

 

Should have been more exact...
Final destination is East Berlin which is just south of Hartford right off 91.

This is the load that I said I'd never take but magically, it now has $$ signs attached to it.
