Depends on which one you have. They have some Spark cards that are no annual fee,but not all are like that.

Do people really have a business card ? I had one but I was still personal responsible. It had business name on card, but that's all. It would be to easy to run up a big credit card and close your business. Unless something had changed they probably won't issue your business a credit card. You have to sign and be personally responsible for that credit card.

And remember to declare that "cash back" as income on your taxes, or you may be unpleasantly surprised during an audit......

Business cards are great at keeping your credit score stable as your debt to credit ratios change throughout the year because they don't show on your credit reports like personal cards do. I use Chase for my personal as well as business cards. All of them are cash back as well.
dwells40 Thanks this. -
You can use points to pay off your credit card balance, that way it does not show up on your bank account.
Or you can use points for travel and gift cards -

If you received cash back for signing up, then yes. If money was given by not spending, yes you must declare.
When receiving cash back after spending, then no. IRS sees it as a discount/rebate from purchase.Jed2009 and ProfessionalNoticer Thank this. -
