    I have pics on here someplace of when NM cut the seal off my trailer and did a Level 2 with cargo check.

    Hazmat totes. Raton coup.

    Had a strap on every tote. Passed / clean.

    He put a NMDOT cable seal back on the trailer.

    The OM was pleased.
