So much about this story is wrong. Too much drama, too few facts. Even someone named, “Brandon” leaves a paper trail and a body when they die.

Death certificates aren’t public in Colorado but they are available to relatives or beneficiaries. Even if his baby momma isn’t listed as his beneficiary their son would be a relative and she can request one on their son’s behalf.

They didn’t just drop his body off at the Soylent Green factory to make rations for Ukrainian soldiers. It’s in a morgue waiting for his next of kin to decide how to dispose of it. Do you know who he listed as his next of kin?

Just to make sure I’ve got the details correct:

Brandon died in a truck accident while driving for FedEx (recently bumped to #2 in unsafe driving behind Amazon). His truck was not on or near his regular route at the time of his accident. Someone who was not a FedEx employee (commercial buffalo?) was operating his truck at the time of the accident. After the accident Brandon was Medivaced to a hospital. The hospital was unable to stabilize Brandon so they decided to medivac an unstable patient to a second hospital. At this point Brandon was conscious and lucid enough to make a phone call to his baby momma before succumbing to his injuries. Uh, yeah.

I take comfort in knowing that Brandon is in a better place now - on a beach with a stripper.

 

Of course FedEx isn't talking. Anything they say will be used against them in a civil lawsuit. Just about everything they know will be on the police report and hospital records, which the family can easily get. What's not on the reports will need to been gotten in the discovery phase of the lawsuit, if there is one.
