My dad filled in fornwalmart out of sanger when he worked for marten. He liked it. Said he put the bills in the door backed up to the dock and took the empty next to it. Mot a bad gig. He runs for nfi now doing walmart and it doesnt sound too bad. He is in a sleeper and gets home a few times a week

Walmart doesn’t treat outside carriers the way it does the fleet drivers. Even if you are on a account with and deliver the same stores daily they are like that. Nothing you can do about either. Your fleet whether it’s Create, Creffer, Swift or whoever doesn’t want to lose the business. The driver can wait, they don’t care either way.

That popped up in my Facebook feed today. Daughter got quite the laugh out of it. When she stopped she said "moron" and walked away. She gets it lol

    #### no. Truck is in the shop, and breakdown pay was gonna end, so they put me in a daycab and a motel room.

After I finally got them to resend the load info, the reefer needed fuel and nobody explained how to start their pumps (all done with a RFID tag near the reefer tank and a reader on the handle, but there is a certain proceedure to get it to start, and I am not allowed to fuel the daycab on the yard, I had to use the FJ on I-25). After all the screwing around and lack of information I told them straight out, I will do this load that I committed to do, but don't put me on any more loads. For a road driver, that friggin Walmart dedicated crap is torture. I will sleep under the overpass next to the dealership before I pull another load out of there just to get a motel room paid for.

Freaky stuff happened on i70 in St Louis!

About 2 miles I say past where I64 meets i70 I thought I saw a car facing the wrong way. As I got closer, the full extent of the damage made itself known. One car was spun around facing the wrong way with its hazards and another car just behind it was upside down in the left lane. Bunch of car parts all over. Must of just happened cause there were no police at the scene yet.

Then of course 5 miles further it starts downpouring and every few miles after, I saw cops blocking traffic due to an accident.
