Stay away from KEIM TS, Trucking. Sabetha KS. Very corrupt Driver Recruiter/training program. Paul is Gumby's puppet and Gumby is EVIL. Trainer Dennis F. Is a very bad trainer, *(for the naive) you'll have to kiss his ### all time and don't ever disagree-even once or he'll kick you off the truck. This has nothing to to do Truck Driving ability for job performance!!!![]()

You are correct. I just took a look at their website. Talk about another junk OTR company. Way to many asterisks next to benefits. Who would apply to work there in the first place?
Beechvtail Thanks this. -
i guess every company has its good and its bad i know several people that have been there for a while and they really really like it..

I searched all over the web and I have yet to find any real derogatory posts or reviews about Keim TS. I have seen ultra negative posts on some of the other Flat Bed Carriers I was looking at. Is there something I am missing?

Apparently somebody who always wears green.

I work at Keim TS. It is far from being just another junk flatbed company. The equipment and trailers are top notch. It is a family owned company. It is not one of those mega carrier companies that treat you like a number. From the first day of orientation I was treated with respect. In fact I had the chance to talk to one of the owners a few times. In fact he is there almost every day. How many other carriers can say that? How many other carriers will even let you have access to one of the owners? The staff are all friendly and will go out of their way to help you or explain anything you need. The terminal in Sabetha is very clean. The shop staff were really nice and they keep the trucks in tip top running condition.
They want responsible and safe drivers that they do not have to babysit. They will not make you go through ridiculous tests like the other carriers or make you scrub and polish the truck when you are not working. They offer safety bonuses and fuel bonuses.
They want mindful, safe, intelligent and responsible drivers that can get the job done without being baby sat. A lot of flat bed work is just plain old common sense and being safe. You cant teach that in any orientation. They dont have a fleece purchase program (thank god).

what is their age requirement?
