Is anybody else's Ships Mobile App not working for paystub previews? Mine wasn't working last week and it's still not working this week.

I checked my phone and there's no updates that I need to download for the app, so that's not it. Last week I just looked at my paystub on the employee portal and matched it up with my mileage record that I keep track of, but the thing about the employee portal is it doesn't show you the trips with the mileage. It's a lot easier/better if I can see the mileage pay breakdown on the Ships Mobile App.

 

Mines not either, a message was sent out last week saying they know this.

How long does it take to get a trainer here? I’ve been waiting two weeks and they keep telling me they’ll have a trainer for me sooner or later. Long wait though….

 

Not sure but the wait will be worth it. I keep on trying to find a better reefer company but I can’t beat the combination of culture, routes, equipment and pay.

 

That’s strange. I’ve been picking up there a day early ever since I started with Magnum in 2017. Never been turned away or treated rudely. I’d speak to dispatch or your driver manager and let them know what happened. Maybe that guy was just having a #### day??
