Anyone use identogo for background recently? Told 40+ days

I’d call them - is this a first time or a renewal?

I don’t recall them sending out a letter this time, just recall it was less than a week and it was in the DMV system. In MO, but I’ve had hazmat and TWIC for years now.

DMV should also be able to see your status.

 

When I did my TWIC in Dec. 2021, it took about 4 days, when I did my HME a few weeks later (screw-up on my part), it took about 9 days. both were done right around the holidays, which is usually a busy time.

 

This past Thursday the 20th here in TX I was informed 6 to 8 weeks before I would get my TWIC in the mail, once everything was completed.

 

I used them. Just to help anyone else in the future, for me it was same day approval. You can go back to the TSA website where you did the pre-enrollment and check the status by plugging in your info. Identogo will also send an email stating that you are eligible once the TSA finishes their check.
