P38. been carrying one on my key chain for 50 years, and used it countless times.

And if you really need to be prepared especially in remote areas,

Id probably poke my gonads if that was hanging on my hip.

Edit: nevermind. I see it folds over. US military ingenuity. Cool.

My vote is Engel. True fridge that will freeze if needed. 7 years and still running.

I used one of these for my 12 volt cooler. I put the temp display on the truck dash with the remote sensor in the cooler. This device shows current temp inside and outside of the cooler, plus it shows the maximum and minimum temp for "inside" and "outside". When I started using a 12 volt cooler I had the home electrical adapter and would start the cooler about 12-24 hours before I left home to get the inside temp as cold as possible and then only put cold items inside the cooler. I typically put frozen TV dinners, milk, cold-cuts, etc that were already frozen or cold. These coolers will freeze up if you don't unplug them every 7-10 days.

That would be worth every penny since it tells you if your food is getting above food-safe temperature.

What model Alpicool freezer do you have on your semi-truck?

I run a 90 watt CPAP machine when I sleep during my ten hour breaks. I have a built in inverter in my truck. My inverter has enough power that I can run a 700 watt microwave without problems when I have the truck engine running. So do you think that my inverter could handle the Alpicool freezer model you have while I have the 90 watt CPAP machine running at the same time?

20qt, I believe. Not sure on the rest, but I run it on a cigarette lighter outlet with no problems. It's 12 volt.
