Very well stated! Sadly many CDL drivers cannot just state the facts; which is key to full comprehension. In reporting to FMCSA one must tell the facts period! Keep emotions out of the report. A good fact based report gets referred to the OIG/ DOT for investigations by OIG field agents. My current carrier is under such an investigation by the OIG office in Chicago... Double brokering without a license and bond... $20,000.00 fine mandated for each occurrence. Plus gives the CDL driver complete whistle blower protections.

 

How long did it take from the time you filed the report to the time they got back to you? And then how long until they started investigating and taking action?

I've had some experience with the Wisconsin FMCSA and it seems like they don't want to do anything.

Also, here's a couple tips (for everyone): First, if making a phone call, always get the name of the person you talked to then write down the date and time. Later on, if ever in Court you can say 'I talked to so and so on (date) at (time) about...'. It comes across as believable fact.

Second, try to communicate in writing: letters, email, text message anything in writing will be timestamps and have proof of what was said.

It seems some of the FMCSA officials are bought off/paid by trucking companies especially the bigger ones, so someone filing a complaint for the first time might have some difficulty and get the run around.

Super ego is a scammer company, I been working 2.8 years. I pay full my truck, they gonna still you in all directions. Fixing rate sheets prices, ifta prices ridiculous 900 montly, extra prices for all, forget about escrow money.
After pay the full truck money. They gonna hold the title for months is the time where they gonna still you more.
Finally send a legal letter for Sue them, just in this moment they release the title of the truck, I was almost not working last moths, because they was stilling all my money.
I was in miami fl, I decide running empty to chicago and return trailer. I take my title and I open my company running happy away from this RATS....BE AWARE GUYS.

They need their own website with how many complaints there are. When I saw that they have newer T680’s with steel wheels? Enough for me to stay away….. they send me text messages every single day trying to recruit me. Lmao. I delete them but they use different numbers. They have more phones numbers for all their companies names. Their trucks are full of company names. It’s like a moving billboard
