They charge $150.00 for their ELD? Is that per week? Charge insurance for the trailer as well as charging for the trailer. Those fees are expensive as hell.

 

Can't help w a phone number but believe they are an umbrella for like 30 different names.

 

File a claim with their insurance carrier

the ins carrier should be available online somewhere on one of the dot sites ?

 

Thats what I initially did. Even their own insurance carrier is having a hard time getting ahold of them! Lol

Even with driver admitting fault, police report, and dash cam. They still need to get ahold of someone from their company to verify documentation. Until then I can’t get paid.

I’ve had to resort to my own insurance now which I didn’t want to do.

This is about $16k worth of damage to my hood and bumper.

Could try writing a letter to the insurance commissioner of whatever state they are based in or to the federal Motor carrier something department .


Filing a lawsuit against the company and against the driver and against their insurance carrier would get their attention .
