    So I was cruising down Highway 59 enjoying the 65 m.p.h. speed limit , topped a hill and came up on this . The only warning notices were the guys in the rear waving the flags .

    The houston rodeo is starting march 2nd and from all part of the state there are trail rides that will end up at the houston rodeo. So you will see more and more of these.

    This one was up near Carthage . There were a couple more further south .
    There is no warning before you come up on them .

    Once they get further South I will see them around here....a couple of times on my way to work I've seen them camped out close to the San Jac river.
