I have this and have used it a couple times. If truck is 100 percent dead it may not be able to jump it. It is smaller as well and does not take long to recharge in the truck once used.

Side question - have you ever found one with an air compressor that is worth buying - not for truck tires, but just pick up and car tires?

Opps I guess you was asking about a jump starter that had the air compressor. I have not used one if that was the question so could not recommend a decent one.
