Looks like drunk-### (who didn't have a license) is only getting a manslaughter charge. If DUI, that totally needs to be a murder charge.

Yet again a drunk kills an innocent man without a scratch on him. With the California justice system being the way it is, no doubt this perp will enjoy a light sentence.

 

This is more proof that these folks who prosecuting as well as making some of these laws are more for the criminals than law abiding citizens…this has to stop..

 

the only way to make this crap stop, is to go and vote out the rubes in each office, if they fail to do thier jobs to OUR standards.

 

I hate to see this and prayers for the driver and their family
But this is another like the one in Pennsylvania an suv is not goin to cause the truck to run off the road
I’m sure this driver died trying to do the right thing and get out of the situation
Saw/felt the impact and tried to get away...probably violently and lost control
