Not gonna kick you while ur down but whats your CPM? Rates in todays markets are a joke unless you got a contract with a customer rates will prob go down more as a lot of people don't see them coming up any time soon. If ur CPM lets say $2.40 maybe ur best bet is to park it and go drive a company truck? Maybe find another gig leasing onto a carrier
Can somebody please help me stay motivated?

I don’t know. Reading the original post, the numbers aren’t that bad. The $14k is a killer. The loan makes it worse. The $3k is just a typical thing. Things like that are to be expected. I don’t know all the numbers. I’d guess you could wiggle around the debt, and make it work. You owe on the Truck. Obviously less than when you bought it. Total debt owed now is probably less than what you started with. It’s just arranged against you. The real question is whether or not you want to continue doing things the same way. Sounds like you’re tired of the hassle. Understandable. You can go for broke, or sell the Trailer, and do as others said, Lease onto a Carrier. Won’t be the first. Happens a lot. The Truck will eventually need replacing. Probably sooner than later. At that time, the old one can be used as a down payment. Even if it’s got a blown engine, it can be shown on paper. Then you’ll have a new, probably higher payment. There’s no single option answer. Might be best to get a Company job. It’s up to you. Really depends on what you want to do. Even filing bankruptcy is a choice. You never have to. You can fight it out with creditors, negotiating , settling, it’s a PITA, but doable. Just stay current on anything that can be repossessed, or foreclosed on. You have options. I think you already know you’ve had enough. Maybe just overwhelmed right now. I don’t know. Do what you want to do. The $14k and the $3k isn’t enough to justify throwing in the towel. Just another reason to justify what you want to do.

Repairs happen and it sucks trust me i know. You have gotta learn to do what you can urself and save that $200 an hour shop fee and down time. If you plan on owning a truck with emissions system. Invest in the software to be able to read / clear codes and do force regens when eneded. When i first got my truck if i didnt have my software i would of had to have her towed due to shut down lights for ash loads... Used the insite software and cleared codes reset ash load finished my run and went to shop lol

Unfortunately I got no motivation words. This year outlook looks very bleak. Maybe sell the trailer, park your truck, drop your insurance to liability only, so your MC stays active and go get a job. The crappy truck you have gonna keep braking down and with the current rates you gonna be digging a deeper and deeper hole for yourself. Come back when the rates improve and allow you to stay profitable even with repairs

I would sell and work for company in this economy. That’s what I did. I don’t drive anymore but those repair bills are a killer.
