Lumper fee billed to company lol!LtlAnonymous and Gearjammin' Penguin Thank this. -
I've got years of experience and got my record cleaned up. That's a part of a driver's value. The point I'm making is that cpm doesn't really tell the story of a driver's worth to the company. Those checks on Friday do. I've seem guys who make what you made at Danny Herman do better than guys who make 65 cpm. It depends on the company and ultimately, the driver him/herself. A driver that has the right attitude, a good relationship with his dispatcher, on time, and can fit in to the company's style of doing things, will be successful. The most successful drivers have the 2 abilities: reliABILITY and availABILITY. Any driver that has all those things will succeed at any company.

True
I don't know or care if you a current DHT driver or employee! I DON'T CARE. fact is you can make more money somewhere else!
I don't like arguing with people on the internet that have no idea what their talking about. Have a nice day sir. -
Who's arguing? I don't do that. I'm only willing to have a conversation with folks. I don't have to work at Danny Herman to know how all this works. Honestly man, I hate to break it to you, but all these OTR companies are pretty much the same. The trucks just have different names and colors. You have a nice day as well.hotrod1653, Deleon, 1029384746 and 6 others Thank this.

I wasn't responding to the company you slaved at, they're NOT the subject.
I was responding to the subject of your post:
whining and sniveling.
There are thousands of "drivers" like you that have blamed the Company for which they worked because of BAD DECISIONS that like YOU, the Driver, made.
Wherever You go, I hope enjoy your flavored whine. CHEERS!!bryan21384 Thanks this. -
May just be me, but I think you should probably go and make more money elsewhere? If you're unhappy working for DHT, then don't stick with them. If you think if you own your truck that brokers are going to pony up some extra scratch for sitting at a dock, good luck. Some will, but the majority wont. And as stated, if or when they do, it will be almost dismal entirely, the amount you do receive.Val_Caldera and bryan21384 Thank this.

No sir, I never drink, unless someone else is buying. So if this is an offer to try some one-off regional speciality beer (at your expense) I'm all ears. Oh, and if I sound a little confused, that's me trying to hide the fact I'm a LOT confused.
mjd4277, Bumper and bryan21384 Thank this.
