Talked to them Tuesday, been promised monday to be paid ... will see

 

Checked them on Carrier411. They're now up to seven FGs in the past forty days for non-payment/slow payment. I wouldn't hold my breath. Not looking too good for them.

It took almost 90 days for a load earlier this year. They are on my DNH list now.

 

I got paid last monday from them luckily.

 

We hauled for them in June and they still have not paid. They owe us $1500 and keep emailing assuring us that payment is forthcoming. This was an interstate load. AC units for a high school.
Apparently they had to “restructure” their finances, which is a fancy way of saying “we are going to string along our carriers and screw them in the end.”

Good day. I did a load for them back in May that still hasn't been paid. How would I go about to file a BOND? If you can help me please.

 

You can lookup their bond on safer and call that number. Don't expect a dime at this point because you waited way too long to file instead of doing it in June after the net 30.
