Don’t give up if you can drink Zevia soda had has no sugar. It ha stevia as sweetener. If you want to lose weight fast you can eat just meat. It might sound crazy but don’t eat fruit because it not that healthy. Lots of fruit has lots of sugar.

If people like beef jerky or slim Jims. Those are no good to eat but Paleovalley Beef Stick are good to eat because they don’t add sugar or lots of salt or bad stuff for packaging and shelf life.

I got diagnosed with congestive heart failure at the beginning this year. I'm not morbidly obese, but the doctors think a viral infection caused my condition. I had to take 5 months off to get my heart back stronger. I lost 45 lbs in that time. I just came back to work, last week. Got my injection fraction back up to where I could drive again. You have to be completely willing to make WHOLE lifestyle changes. I had to change my diet, and incorporate some exercise. In order to minimize the effects of back issues and heart issues you'll have to do the same thing if you aren't already. You can still drive, but making lifestyle changes will be key. I can admit being on this rabbit food diet gets old, but it's for the greater good, my wife, kids, and all of my family. That's not to say I don't have cheat days here and there, but day to day routines will always surround healthier eating.

Injection fraction? That's a new one on me. Did you mean ejection fraction? Mine went below 25 because of chemo and I was advised not to drive or fly until it came back above 50. Eventually...and a ton of rabbit food...it got back to where the cardiologist quit bugging me about t.

Yes I meant ejection fraction lol that was a typo. Mine went was at 25 too. I've had a ton of rabbit food myself. Mine got to 45, and I didn't have to wear the life vest anymore. I'm still trying to get mine above 50, but I feel so much better than I ever have eating like this.

Yeah, that's the down side of the cardio diet...it really does work and you feel better and your heart is improving. LOL...I remind myself of that every time I start reaching in the freezer case for an ice cream sandwich. I figure I got to eat, smoke, and drink everything I wanted for almost seventy five years. If a few changes and modifications are called for I don't guess I have anything to gripe about.

Man you made it way farther than I did. I'm just 39. I lived so recklessly for so long though. I have cheat days here and there but I do the same thing every time I have one of those cravings. I have to turn the other way and resist temptation. Even sleep is better than ever lol

simply put, if you have family, and you drop dead zillions of miles from home, that's gonna cost them all sorts of money to get your body shipped back home.

do you live under a rock..??

haven't you read where a trucker has "gone missing" for days and weeks on end, only to have his body found at some truckstop, decomposing..???

there are jobs you can do at your home base, and extend your life by taking care of yourself.

i have had friends and relatives, the catch word here was...."HAD", and they all died from congestive heart failure, as it also lead to kidney failure and other organ failures.....it's inevitable sorry to say..

you wanna chance what little time YOU have left on this earth and put family thru all that hardship?

do as you wish, but your clock is ticking, and you ain't getting any time back.
